WELCOME TO
TOUCHSTONE MEDIATION SERVICES

It is our primary objective to provide a non-clinical, non-adversarial dispute resolution service which is
guided by the following criteria:

EQUITY

CIVILITY

ECONOMY

What Is Touchstone?

"Touchstone": A benchmark; a point of reference from which future judgements or decisions may be generated.

Touchstone is a person-centered approach that provides a clear alternative to psychology-based or adversarial approaches to conflict resolution ...

What Is Mediation?

In mediation, two or more people come together to try to arrive at a resolution to their conflict, or problem. A neutral third person, the mediator, is there to help them to reach that resolution. The mediator does not take sides, exploit emotions, assess blame or impose decisions.
The mediator's sole job is to guide the disputants toward finding a mutually satisfactory solution.

With the agreement of the parties, the mediation process is entirely confidential.
